Incorporating fun into fitness makes for happy kids and a happy family, plus the added benefit of important shared family time. My husband and I were active prior to having kids, but focused on health and wellness more once we had kids. We want them to view physical activity as a regular, daily, fun occurrence in our house; it’s the norm.
We do a lot of activities with our kids, but one of our favorite winter activities is skiing. My son has been on skis for two years now, but mainly in ski school. We learned very early on; he listens better to instructors than us. However, on our trip to Tahoe in February, we took him on a slope by ourselves for the first time. I love his enthusiasm and excitement that I wanted to capture it on video. What better way to do so then with our new GoPro?
We strapped the GoPro to his chest and this is what happened.
